Facilities
Crookston Facility
AURI’s Crookston facilities are located on the campus of the University of Minnesota, Crookston. In addition to staff offices, the facilities include a fermentation and microbiology lab and a food lab.
Marshall Facility
AURI’s Marshall facilities are located on the campus of Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall. In addition to staff offices, the facilities include a meat lab and an analytical chemistry lab.
St. Paul Facility
AURI’s St. Paul facilities are located on the campus of the University of Minnesota and house staff offices.
Waseca Facility
AURI’s Waseca facility is located at the University of Minnesota’s Southern Research and Outreach Center. In addition to staff offices, the facility includes a coproduct utilization lab.
