On June 30th, the Minnesota Food Innovators Network (Mn-FIN) came together for the first time to begin a conversation about creating a network that fosters collaboration, launches innovation, and gives Minnesota businesses a competitive advantage. The framework from the event was based on the Minnesota Food Production Sector Growing Green Jobs report which was completed by the Agricultural Utilization Research Institute (AURI) at the request of the Minnesota Legislature. The Mn-FIN event was open to anyone interested and involved in Minnesota’s food production sector.
