The Organization Development Director at the Agricultural Utilization Research Institute (AURI) is Linda Thompson. Linda oversees organizational development strategies, including the human resources management and development areas of staffing, compensation, performance and HR systems and policy. Organizational development strategies are human resources systems, continuous professional development for promoting board members and employee professional practices and preserving AURI’s culture and values.
Linda’s is affiliated with the Transformative Learning Center, NeuroLeadership Institute, BoardSource and MRA Management Association. Her other interests include volunteering on the Greater Grand Forks Symphony Guild, gardening and reading.
Linda served in leadership positions over the past 30 years. Her background includes community college leadership, talent development, organizational development, online learning start-ups and corporate training and product launches. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Crookston with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management and Technology and the University of Mary, earning a Master of Management. Linda received her doctorate from the University of North Dakota in Educational Leadership.
