Minnesota food innovators, entrepreneurs and students to gain in proposed expansion

    The Agricultural Utilization Research Institute (AURI) has announced intentions to upgrade its Marshall facility to include a food sensory laboratory, developmental kitchen, analytical services and improved communication abilities.
