Minnesota agriculture includes a diverse and vibrant livestock and dairy industry.  These cattle, hog and poultry growing operations and processing firms mean a great deal to the state’s economy.  The impact of this industry is immense.  An AURI supported evaluation of some of Minnesota’s most influential processors shows just how important this industry is to the state.
