Forestedge Winery

Forestedge Winery is a fruit winery producing light and dry fruit wines from the native and domestic berries that survive in the North Country.  Our fruit comes from our gardens and the woods in this area as well as other producers and pickers of the native and cultivated harvest.Forestedge Winery

In the sales area of the winery, visitors are able to taste as well as purchase wine, buy fine wine related gifts, and gain an understanding of the vinting methods that we use in our wine production.

It is our hope to not only produce and sell fine wine but to provide a market for local growers of the fruit that we need to make our wines.   We are buying fruit, including raspberries, blueberries, chokecherries, strawberries, and rhubarb to augment our production.

Visitors to the winery also have the opportunity to visit the wood shop where Forestedge Wooden Cooking tools are produced.  The Shusters have been handcrafting and selling cooking tools in the Bemidji area for over 25 years.  Many people already know the name “Forestedge” from these cooking tools.  And now, Forestedge, the Winery.
