Clients AURI works with a broad range of innovative Minnesota companies. Our clients include entrepreneurs, existing businesses and cooperatives with ideas for new uses for the state’s agricultural commodities. These new uses include food, industrial, nutraceutical, retail and commercial products with Minnesota grown farm commodities as key ingredients. By finding new ways to use what’s grown in the state, AURI supported businesses are helping to keep our economy strong. Our clients receive various forms of assistance including technical support, use of our pilot lab facilities, business assistance and when warranted, financial assistance. This support is available to businesses to help increase their chance for success. In this section you will be able to learn more about some of the businesses that have sought and received AURI help. This will give web viewers insight into the innovations taking place in agriculture, as well as information on where products are available.
