Aunt Cookie’s Red Rhubarb Spreadable Fruit is all-natural and Minnesota grown, using hand-picked choice fresh red rhubarb and fresh Minnesota grown fruit.  Aunt Cookie’s uses no preservatives or food coloring and our red color is obtained from using only 100% red rhubarb.

Rhubarb contains a fair source of potassium, contributes minor amounts of vitamins, and is low in sodium. Rhubarb's crisp stalks are rich in vitamin C, dietary fiber and calcium, although the calcium is combined with oxalic acid and so is not easily absorbed by the body.  Rhubarb contains no fat and is a good food source for those on a low cholesterol diet.  The delicious flavor makes it a wonderful treat on toast, bagels, buns, bread and even ice cream.
