Minnesota Bison Marketing is a closed member cooperative.  We buy, slaughter and process bison (American Buffalo) and sell this meat at wholesale prices to our members throughout Minnesota who, in turn, retail the meat in their prospective areas.  We offer a full line of quality USDA-inspected bison meat from jerky, brats and polish sausage to hamburger, roasts and steak. We also sell Bison meat by the half or quarter, cut and paper wrapped.  All meat is boneless.

Minnesota Bison Marketing also has marketing aids for sale, such as table tents, menu inserts, placemats, posters and brochures about the health benefits of eating bison.
