Minnesota Beef Industries, Inc. is a cow/bull slaughter/packinghouse facility located in Buffalo Lake, Minnesota. We slaughter roughly 370 head per day and package and ship chilled beef. We are located in south central Minnesota.

We have been augmenting our processes to include Hot Water Pasteurization and the most advanced technology in wastewater treatment. We continue to remain competitive in a changing market filled with vertical integration.

Our mission statement: to produce a fresh supply of beef that is safe to eat and incorporate leading edge technologies along with a working HACCP plan that will certify the wholesomeness of our product.
