ASSOCIATE SCIENTIST OF COPRODUCTS – Full Time

The Agricultural Utilization Research Institute (AURI) is a unique & innovative nonprofit institution dedicated to providing scientific and technical assistance to Minnesota industries and entrepreneurs. AURI is seeking a candidate to fill the position of Associate Scientist of CoProducts at the Waseca pilot lab.  This position will provide scientific product development of agricultural coproducts/crop residues and facilitate technology transfer and applied research for value-added opportunities for AURI initiatives.  As well, this position provides technical and pilot lab assistance to AURI clients, and develops agricultural and biomass concepts. This position requires a Bachelors Degree in science, agriculture or a related area and five years of experience in pilot plant operation or troubleshooting equipment problems. AURI offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
